At Nova Ridge Publishing, we are committed to providing professional publishing, writing, and creative services with transparency and integrity. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for services purchased through our company. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Featured books at the center of our publishing process

1. Nature of Services

Nova Ridge Publishing provides customized digital and creative services, including but not limited to:

- Ghostwriting

- Editing & Proofreading

- Book Formatting

- Cover Design

- Publishing Assistance

- Audiobook Production

- Marketing & Promotional Services

- Website Design & Development

- Social Media Services

Because these services involve time, creative effort, and intellectual labor, refunds are subject to the limitations stated in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A client may request a refund under the following circumstances:

- The project has not yet started.

- No substantial work has been delivered.

- The company is unable to fulfill the agreed service.

- Duplicate payment or billing errors occurred.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

- Work has already been started or delivered.

- Initial drafts, concepts, outlines, or designs have been provided.

- Publishing submissions have been completed.

- Marketing campaigns have been launched.

- Delays are caused by the client’s lack of communication or failure to provide required materials.

- The client changes their mind after project commencement.

- The client is dissatisfied due to personal preference rather than failure to deliver agreed services.

All custom creative work, including writing, editing, and design services, is considered non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, Nova Ridge Publishing may issue a partial refund based on:

- The percentage of work completed

- Resources already allocated to the project

- Time spent by the creative or technical team

Any approved partial refund amount will be determined solely at the discretion of Nova Ridge Publishing.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Nova Ridge Publishing to resolve the issue.

Unauthorized chargebacks for completed or partially completed work may result in:

- Immediate suspension of services

- Revocation of delivered materials or licenses

- Legal action, where applicable

6. Revision Policy

We strive to ensure client satisfaction by offering revisions according to the selected service package. Revision requests must remain within the original project scope. Requests for entirely new concepts, major restructuring, or additional services may require separate charges.

7. Delivery Timelines

Project timelines are estimated and may vary depending on:

- Project complexity

- Client responsiveness

- Third-party platform approvals

- Technical or operational circumstances

Delays alone do not qualify for a refund unless explicitly agreed in writing.

8. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund, excluding any payment processing or administrative fees.

Once a project enters active production, cancellation requests may only qualify for a partial refund, if applicable.
