If, after your included revisions, the final manuscript or cover doesn't match the brief we agreed on in writing, we keep working until it does, at no extra charge. If we still can't get there, you get a full refund of that specific service. Your book will be live and purchasable within the written timeline, or your next payment milestone is waived.
